Bike Law Partners With USA Cycling To Protect & Advocate For Cyclists

In an exciting move for professional cyclists and bicycling advocates, Bike Law has partnered with USA Cycling to help protect and advocate for cyclists across the country. This new relationship allows USA Cycling members to access quick legal assistance when it’s needUSA-cycling-logoed, and will also help promote bicycle education and advocacy.

As a member of Bike Law’s national network of attorneys, Michigan bicycle accident lawyer Bryan Waldman is thrilled to be part of this new partnership with USA Cycling, the body that governs competitive cycling in the United States. Bryan is looking forward to the benefits that the relationship will bring to everyone involved.

Bryan, a competitive cyclist himself, oversees the Sinas Dramis Law Firm’s Bicycle Law Group. Bryan frequently lectures about Michigan cycling laws. He has also written a legal handbook for Michigan cyclists and continuously advocates for laws to make the roads safer for cyclists.

Here are some of the benefits that Bike Law will provide USA Cycling members:

  • priority initial consultation with a bike attorney within 24 hours and at no charge.
  • reduced fees in bicycle crash cases for members.
  • ongoing consultation for clubs on organizational legal issues at no charge.
  • speaking engagements on bicycle law to clubs at no charge.
  • priority consideration for pro bono legal representation by the Bike Law Defense League to advance cycling justice.

Bryan is proud to be a member of Bike Law, a network of independent attorneys who are cyclists and bicycling advocates. Since being founded in 1998, Bike Law is now in 22 states and Canada.

Bryan and Bike Law Michigan are looking forward to the new partnership, particularly because USA Cycling is spearheading various initiatives this year designed to improve cycling safety, which continues to be a real concern for cyclists in Michigan and across the nation.
