Bryan Waldman was successful in recently resolving a claim for a cyclist who was injured when he was struck from the rear by a vehicle while training for the DALMAC. The claim resolved for the insurance policy limits and/or all insurance coverage available against the at-fault driver. A claim is now being made for underinsured motorist benefits with the cyclist’s insurance company.
